Her voice is hypnotic. Fiordmoss is dark and melancholy, but intriguing. The closest thing I've heard is Olga Kouklaki, but Fiordmoss' warble is unique in her range and expression.
Favorite track: Paris versus Sarajevo.
This album is simply my favorite of all time. There is melancholy and ecstasy in here; there are stories and experiences and their feelings that lurk in your subconscious, occasionally surfacing in dreams, but always escaping grasp. The sonic detail that Floex crafts is so rarely seen in music, it may be more apt to call this album a sonic sculpture, a sonic painting, or a sprawling work of Gothic sonic architecture. The way I think about music has changed forever; my eternal thanks, Floex! rishdosh
